Dr. Afsoun Khalili, N.D.

Dr. Afsoun Khalili is a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She is also an Associate Professor and clinic faculty member at CCNM where she lectures and teaches Clinical Nutrition and supervises 4th-year interns at CCNM. Dr. Khalili is the creator and facilitator of Be Your Best Self, a healthy lifestyle and weight management program. While Dr. Khalili utilizes all naturopathic modalities for treatment, patients can also benefit from her advanced training in cosmetic/facial rejuvenation acupuncture and anti-aging treatments.

Additional topics Dr. Khalili focusses on include Clinical Nutrition, Obesity, Thyroid health, Diabetes, Stress management, Eating healthy, Detoxification and Food sensitivities, Gastrointestinal disorders, Sleep and mood disorders, Eczema, Body image issues, and menopause among many others.

Dr. Alessandra Perciballi, ND

Dr. Alessandra Perciballi, ND is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and a member in good standing with the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND).

Her passion for health and wellness began during her Bachelor’s of Life Science from McMaster University, where she was able to focus on Sports Medicine and sports nutrition. Dr. Alessandra has a special focus in chronic pain, arthritic conditions, sports medicine, women’s health and hormones, depression, and anxiety. Leveraging the power of modalities such as optimal supplementation, clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, acupuncture, massage, and spinal adjustments, Dr. Alessandra will get to the bottom of your health concerns and make you feel your best.

Dr. Alessandra spends her spare time hiking, reading, doing yoga, and spending as much time in nature as possible.

Dr. Erica Balcombe, N.D.

Dr. Erica Balcombe, ND graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine after receiving an undergraduate degree from Brock University. Some of her favourite principles of Naturopathic Medicine are identifying and treating the root cause of disease, doctor as teacher, treating the patient as a whole and preventative care.
Dr. Erica has a strong passion in creating family wellness, where she focuses on mental health, women’s health, children’s health, and digestive health. Her interest in neuroscience and providing evidence-based education helps Dr. Erica support families through areas such as fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and beyond, in order to create connected and thriving families.
The modalities Dr. Erica uses to help her patients achieve their goals include nutrition and lifestyle counselling, supplementation, mental health counselling, botanical medicine, acupuncture and massage.

Natalya Kosubovich

Natalya is a recent graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Natalya has had a lifelong passion for health and wellness which was solidified during her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences undergraduate degree at the University of Guelph. She minored in both Sociology and Neuroscience which sparked her interest in community health as well as working with neurological and psychiatric conditions. During her clinical year at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Natalya was part of the mental health focus shift. Natalya has a strong desire to support individuals with their mental health and wellbeing. She has a special interest in working with conditions such as anxiety, depression and post-partum depression, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), neurological disorders and more. “Creating a strong foundation for a healthy life starts with small positive daily habits”. Natalya enjoys getting to know her patients from a holistic perspective and establishing a supportive and trusting relationship with those she works with. She was raised and resides in the Waterdown area and looks forward to supporting the health and wellbeing of the community.

Rebecca Phair, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner

Rebecca Phair graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy as a certified Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manual Sciences (M.OMSc) and is a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. As a lifelong rock climber and competitive climbing coach for over 5 years Becca gained a deep interest in anatomy and movement.

Working with climbers of all ages she was able to experience how asymmetries and restrictions within the body can have a widespread effect on one’s health overall.

Becca is passionate about delivering safe and effective treatments which are based on classical osteopathic principles. By restoring movement and realigning the mechanical structure of the body, the important neurovascular structures below are able to function optionally and restore health to not only the areas that need it most but to the entire body as a whole. Becca strongly believes in supporting the restorative mechanisms that each person possesses, allowing them to take control of their health and feel their best.
